Sending Flowers Online

Sending flowers online, as opposed to via a local florist has many advantages. For a start, we can act a bit like a local florist because we send flowers across the UK for next day delivery (and you can send flowers same day within London).

When you send flowers online via Arena Flowers, you have the added benefit of being sure that the flowers that arrive will resemble those in the photos. Unlike relay organisations, we have our own in-house floristry team who hand make all the flowers we send out.

“I want to send flowers! What do I do?”

Sending flowers online is very simple. We have a number of flower categories and types, whether you want to choose from different price ranges, flower types or colours. Simple select the bouquet you would like to send and click the ‘Buy’ button.

If you want to send some extra special flowers, don’t forget to make your order deluxe (we add more stems to the flowers we send).

During checkout, you will be asked to select a date you want to send the flowers, you will be asked for the recipient’s address, to add a message with the flowers. You can also choose extra gifts and treats to add to the bouquet, such as including chocolates, a balloon or vases. We will then ask for payment and take all the major online payment types.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email – but you can always change your mind about something by contacting our friendly customer services team. If your flowers haven’t already been sent, they are normally able to amend orders.

You will receive another confirmation when you flowers have been sent and received.
