This is a beautifully mineral visceral version of Macon. Delightful, crisp, clean bright lemon fruit flavours dominate underlayed with a subtle use of creamy, round, very subtle oak. A class act and from one of the loveliest independent producers in the Macon, the Perraton Frere family who are absolute wizards with the vine.
