For custom/bespoke flower arrangment requests, general advice and to let us know about (and solve) any problems that may have cropped up (we try our best but it does happen).

Our florists know really quite a lot about flowers, so if you have anything particular you'd like to know (like how to look after tulips (lots of water..they grow in the vase!)), then this is the email address to write to.

- Our team takes calls from 08:00am to 17:00pm every day, Monday to Friday.
- Saturday, we take calls 08:00am to 14:00pm.
- On Sunday, we have a day off to recuperate. Our offices are also closed on all UK Public Holidays
- Please feel free to email or call outside these hours, as there may be someone here who can respond.
- If no one is in, we will pick up with you as soon as we can on the following working day.
