Use this email address for flowery questions about varieties that we stock, or about flowers in general. Our florists know really quite a lot about flowers, so if you have anything particular you'd like to know (like how to look after tulips (lots of water..they grow in the vase!)), then this is the email address to write to.

This is the number to use if you'd like to use Arena For Business, our corporate invoicing system that can speed up ordering and simplify admin. This is also the email to use for bulk order enquiries (eg if you want to send flowers to 100 destinations across the world as a thank you).

If you're a member of the press or PR and are looking for contact with our marketing team or looking for a case study, then this is the email address for you.
- Our team takes calls from 08:00am to 18:00pm every day, Monday to Friday.
- Saturday, we take calls 09:00am to 15:00pm.
- On Sunday, we have a day off to recuperate.
- Please feel free to email or call outside these hours, as there may be someone here who can respond.
- If no one is in, we will pick up with you as soon as we can on the following working day.
