I did make his day and he was very surprised and thanks – it took me a long time to find a company with same day delivery that was not just flowers as being for a man's 21st birthday. I needed something else, so thanks and will definitely use you guys again!

Thank you for your prompt attention to my request. I do want to take this time to thank you for the wonderful success the flowers were for my mother's birthday in March. She was thrilled. At that time she was almost totally blind and I had asked for very bright colors. This was done and I understand that she was well pleased and many visitors commented on the flowers. Since then, mom has had eye surgery and can now see quite well, which should make these flowers even more special.

Gardening has been a great hobby of mom's throughout her life in Africa, the Middle East and Southern Spain. It has been very hard for her not to be able to enjoy that pastime any more. Thank you for your attention to detail and for making it possible to bring a little joy into her life.

Good Evening: (at least it is here in Canada.)This morning I ordered flowers for my son Ryan for his 26th birthday. I was at a loss as to what I could send him from a very rural area of Ontario Canada to his home in London England. Your service was quick and reliable. Ryan said he loved the first flowers he has ever had sent to him. He said they brighten up his new flat. At some point, I expect they will brighten up his girlfriends flat! Found your company on the net last week and liked your well-laid out website, so I decided to call up and find out more. Jackie, who I spoke to initially, was extremely helpful, and later Rahel who took my order - two bouquets for presentation at a drama course showcase - was equally friendly. I couldn't believe the speed with which I received a confirmation email after placing the order (it was almost immediate), complete with pictures of what I
had chosen and a link so that I could track the order - what efficiency!

It was also very helpful to receive a text confirming that the flowers had been delivered to the reception desk of the theatre (as I had requested) and when I arrived there myself and collected the bouquets before the show, I knew I had picked the right company for the job - what beautiful, fresh, fragrant flowers! Unsurprisingly the
recipients absolutely loved them!

I would definitely use your service again and will be recommending Arena to my friends.

Dear Arena

Many thanks for delivering the flowers that I ordered to my daughter,
Lauren.

Lauren has lived in London now for the past three years and her birthday,
although joyous for her in the UK, is very sad for the rest of the family
that live in Australia. Last year I found the Arena website and ordered
flowers for her - it was a wonderful surprise for her and did become
slightly embarrassing for her when waiting at the bus stop to go home from
work, two council workers who had driven past the bus stop, stopped,
reversed and then sang happy birthday to her - probably the 'happy birthday
from all of us' balloon might have given this event away to her. We
eventually received a photo of the flowers and they looked wonderful.

So this year, as I did not actually post her birthday presents until the
day before her birthday - she has suitably chastised her mother - I
decided that flowers delivered on the day would be the way to go and found
the 'One In a Million" arrangement.

Lauren has sent me an email advising that she was actually in a
teleconference at the time, so the flowers were delivered right to her
desk. She was thrilled (as she believed that she would not be receiving
anything from Australia until later in the week). This time the delivery
was extra special, as her elder sister had given birth to her first child,
a boy, a couple of weeks ago - therefore the first name on the card was
from Lauren's nephew, Eamon.

So many thanks Arena for once again delivering a wonderful arrangement of
flowers to my daughter who I miss terribly.
