Dear Ruth,
This is Dianne S in Australia and this is just a note to say a very big Thank You for your service.
This morning I’ve had an excited phone call from my brother-in-law in the U.K. saying that the flowers had just arrived in a huge box and that they were
absolutely beautiful. We sent them for my sister-in-law, Meg, on the occasion of her Dad’s passing and in celebration of his life.
Her Dad, Bert, was an officer in The Salvation Army, as her whole family are still, and he gave out so much to so many and is much loved.
My husband, Tony, has known Bert since he was 8 years old, for 59 years and Bert had a tremendous influence on him growing up, I’ve only known Bert on my several visits to the U.K.,
over the years, but he made a great impression on me as well.
Needless to say we were very sad not to have been able be there for Bert’s funeral, but thrilled to be able to send such beautiful flowers, thanks to your efforts and to know how happy
they were to receive them.
I especially loved that they included eucalyptus leaves as a special expression of Australia as I am Australian.
Thank you again and your follow up emails have been very helpful. Your service is fantastic and I’d have no hesitation in recommending you. Keep up your wonderful work.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the lovely freesias sent to a very dear friend who fell on the ice and had a really ankle break requiring surgery on boxing day. She’s just out of hospital and needed a lift and your delivery provided just this. It’s not so easy when you’re in different countries to do this. She’s sent me a photo today now the buds have opened and they do look lovely.
Can I compliment you on your website? I looked at 5 or 6 others and yours was the easiest to navigate, and being able to pay by Paypal was a boon.

Hello there,
I'd like to take a minute to thank you for the fine flowers that you sent for my granda's funeral a few weeks ago.
My granda lived in Blantyre and I live in the US. I had tried calling florists here in the states to arrange for a flower arrangement to be sent. They had no means of verifying when the flowers would get there, I had to pay service fees, fuel surcharge fees, etc, etc. Before we had even looked at flowers, I was up to nearly $100 US dollars in fees.I figured there had to be a better way, so I turned to my good friend Google. Your link was one of the top links on the site. Am I glad I found your site.
Ordering was an absolute breeze. I love that you take PayPal, I normally do not use a credit card so sites with PayPal are always a plus in my book. Delivery was fast and exactly when promised. I had the flowers delivered to the funeral home and paid for the earlier guaranteed service. My mom, who flew back for the funeral, said that she received a call from the funeral home at about 11AM saying that the flowers had arrived. I had also received an email telling me that the flowers had been delivered, I wasn't expecting that, but it sure was a nice touch.
Surprisingly these were the only flowers to make it to the funeral home in time. All of the other flowers people had ordered from the local florists didn't arrive until the actual day of the funeral. By that time, the funeral director had them moved to the gravesite. Thanks to your service my granda had some flowers there at the funeral home. My mom has sent me some photos of the flowers and they were lovely.
Sitting here nearly 4,000 mile away (And multiple time zones), I really wasn't sure how I would get flowers there in time. Thanks to your site, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.
