I would just like to thank you for the excellent service you provided in fulfilling my recent order on behalf of my daughter and son-in-law, who live in South Africa, who asked me to send flowers to his aged mother in Germany. They have emailed me as follows... “Rudi was able to get hold of his mum yesterday afternoon, and she was overwhelmed....the flowers were apparently beautiful! They were delivered to the Ice-cream parlour next door who promptly delivered it to Mutter....(imagine that happening here!) The flowers were very carefully packaged each individually wrapped in a cotton-wool kind of wrapping, all fresh and just starting to open, with a beautiful selection of lilies, roses and a few others, but quite substantial. So I think we will use them again if necessary. Good choice”. Needless to say I would also use your service again when the occasion arises and would recommend it to others. Regards, David H.
