I had a thank you email from my sister this morning for the flowers you delivered on 31st May.. She wrote - ................ as for that wonderful box of flowers complete with very nice and useful vase, they were – in fact still are – quite stunning. The roses are quite beautiful and all the others (whose names alas I can no longer remember) really set them off. They must have been very freshly cut when posted because they have lasted so well. Hi As a regular(ish) customer, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Your service is first class. Reliable excellent quality products. Great selection. Whether I am buying for my mummy or my wife – my flowers always arrive on time, I don’t always get a text to say they have arrived, but I always get an email. On several occasions I have received ‘gifts’ I havnt asked for – the last being a bottle of bubbly for our anniversary, which shows as personal touch with arena. In the early days – I have been using your company for 5/6 years, I used to get a call when I placed my orders from Jackie asking if there was anything else she could do.
