Thank you for the professional manner in which this order was executed. The flowers look beautiful and the whole process from order to delivery was hassle free.
We arranged for flowers to be delivered to our sister Eileen just to say "we care" and this is her response;

We wanted to do something special before his surgery Monday. We didn't think it would be possible to order flowers and have them delivered by Saturday before. When my order processed I found that you had even converted the amount of the charge into dollars so I knew exactly how much would be charged to my card. Thank you for delivering the flowers and cuddly dog to my daughter-in-law, Mrs. Sheila N, today. She was delighted with them and says they were a beautiful arrangement, carefully wrapped and presented and she fell in love with the accompanying schnauzer.
I would like to say how impressed I am with the way you do business. Your website was easy to negotiate and it was good to be able to see the various arrangements on the computer screen and also to be able to add a little extra something (wine, chocolate, cuddly toy etc.) to go with the flowers at a reasonable cost.
I also was impressed with the Emails, first one informing me that the order was received and would be dealt with on the specific day that I had requested and the second one informing me that the flowers had been delivered and the time that they were.
I will most certainly use your firm again whenever I wish to send flowers to my relatives in uk">England.
