We are growing

As you know, at Arena Flowers our motivation is to change the whole flower delivery industry for the better. We plant 2 trees for every delivery. We've cut more than 1.3 million miles of transport from our supply chain. We pay all the team a Real Living Wage. We're a large Fairtrade partner, we work directly with many farms, and everything in our deliveries is recycled, recyclable, or compostable (even the paper we use to wrap our flowers is itself recycled from flowers). Our deliveries have been single-use plastic free for five years now, and we've been ranked top the number 1 ethical flower delivery company, measured independently, for the last eight years.

In other words: Every delivery from Arena makes the world a little better, when comparing us against the industry. And we've seen that - by doing this - the whole industry has improved a little too, with others starting to look at going net zero, or paying their suppliers a little more fairly, or looking at recycling closer.

The best way to continue our mission is to grow further. If you grow a business that is unethical, every new customer makes the world worse. If you grow a business that is ethical, every extra customer makes the world a little better. We've therefore decided to grow the team a little, recruiting these key roles. If they look like a fit for you, we'd love to hear from you via the link at the end. If you know someone who may be interested, do share this with them (even if you don't think you know someone, do share these on Facebook, or Twitter, or LinkedIn, or your social network of choice).
