One of the many joys of flowers is arranging them into beautiful displays. The Japanese art of ‘ikebana’ – giving life to flowers – is a type of flower arranging that uses a kenzan, or flower frog, to display stems in an upright arrangement, offering a striking alternative to traditional bouquets. This version by Niwaki has a rubber base and brass pins that are sturdy enough to support woody stems, as well as soft greens and grass. Pop your stems onto the pins, lower into a saucer or dish filled with water, and top up daily.
